Certified Nursing Assistant

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our home care team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to patients with daily living activities and ensure they receive the highest standard of care in their homes. You will be responsible for assisting with personal care, monitoring health conditions, and providing emotional support to patients and their families.

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Assist with mobility and transferring patients from bed to chair or wheelchair.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
• Report any changes in patients’ conditions to the supervising nurse or healthcare provider.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
